Wendy Schnepf is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, specializing in operational leadership and strategic management. As the COO of Blank Law, PC, Wendy brings expertise in driving firm-wide transformation, fostering growth, and enhancing client experience and service.
Wendy’s career spans roles in private practice, executive management, and operations consulting. She has helped law firms and startups establish and optimize their business practices, streamline operations, and strengthen their market presence. She has a proven track record of leading complex initiatives in competitive legal markets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services while maintaining operational efficiency.
Before joining Blank Law, PC, Wendy held strategic senior positions in one of Metro Detroit’s top personal injury firms and provided executive-level consulting and company-build services to several startups throughout multiple industries, including a national legal practice. Wendy specializes in leading firm-wide initiatives and facilitating operational transitions during periods of change. She profoundly understands law firms’ unique challenges and opportunities, particularly in managing client relationships, talent development, and business expansion.
As COO, Wendy is focused on guiding Blank Law, PC through its current infrastructure growth and expansion period. She strongly emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and sound governance and is committed to ensuring the firm’s continued success while positioning it for long-term growth and sustainability.
Wendy attended Ferris State and Oakland University and is a MENSA International and Michigan State Bar member and EOS® Implementor.
In her downtime, Wendy enjoys participating in various volunteer efforts at her daughter’s school and working for different charities and fundraisers. Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, their dogs and horses. They enjoy traveling and outdoor activities, including running, hiking, swimming, skiing, and attending their daughters’ national and international 3-Day event horse competitions.
